• The party received a mysterious letter (letter contents below) drawing them to The Shrinking Forest

• The party was teleported to Whisperwood Farms, where they found that the farmers were missing yet, eerily, the lights in the farmhouse were on

• After dealing with the Scarecrows at the farm, the party made their way to the nearby city of Whisperwood to do some shopping.

  • Everyone they talked to had never heard of the person who wrote the letter to the party

• The party eventually made their way into The Shrinking Forest

  • They came across a traveling merchant who was afraid of them after the party mentioned the mansion several times (and for no other reason, right?)

  • Eventually they came to a large mansion and entered it

    • Inital room is covered in dust/cobwebs and appears to be unmaintained

    • The grand staircase seems to be unreachable for now, due to the infinite staircase

    • The rooms off of the foyer lead to a study, living room, and two hallways

      • The study had numerous symbols scrawled onto the walls and blacked out window

      • The living room had the skeletons of dead adventurers

      • The party has not explored the hallways yet

I know not who you are, merely that they showed you to me. I have failed. Someone needs to finish what I began. 

Deep within a forest once vast, there lies a manor that has existed longer than time itself can recall. But this is no ordinary manor, it's a battleground. You must come; you must finish what I began; you must stop them! The world depends on it.
