A strange malady is spreading in Palebank Village
Elro, the village leader, asks the adventurers to investigate
Urgon Wenth is the first victim, becoming an ice statue before the party is summoned
The party discovers that Tulgi Lutan is also infected
She stole the items that Urgon sold at Pelc's Curiosities
She gave most of the items to her sister, Hulil Lutan, but kept an ornate dagger
She was convinced to give the dagger to the adventurers
The party discovers that Hulil is infected
Hulil has the stolen items, including two vials of the Frigid Woe
She was convinced to give the treasure over to the adventurers
Huli sold one vial to Irven Liel who is staying at the Jolly Dwarf Inn
The party vists the Jolly Dwarf Inn
Irven hands over the one vial of the Frigid Woe
Irven mentions that his whole family has touched the vial, his husband Fenton Tethwick and their adopted children, Honor and Magic
At Pelc's curosity, the adventurers encounter a group of bandits that attacked on sight
After dispatching the bandits, the adventurers discover Verla Pelc is a frozen statue
The adventurers also discover that Verla acquired three vials of the Frigid Woe from Urgon, so they have located all of the Frigid Woe from around Palebank Village
They reconvene with Elro
Elro has learned more about the Frigid Woe and potentially located where a cure might be found
Elro also shares some bad news: Irven, Fenton, Honor, and Magic have started showing symptoms of Frigid Woe overnight
Elro arranged passage for the adventurers on the Remorhaz, a sailing ship operated by the town guard (the Glassblades)
The party is heading to Syrinlya and should speak with Orvo Mustave, an adventuring partner of Urgon's
They should use whatever cure they need when they find it and send the rest back via "the Buyer" -- and Elf who can teleport the cure to Palebank Village
