The manor gates and cobblestone path leading up to them are in disrepair.
Beyond the gates, the cobblestone path is in pristine condition. The path leads to a fountain, encircling it, before continuing on to the main building. The grass/lawn/grounds to the sides of the path are meticulously landscaped, but about 60ft past the path, it turns back to unkempt brush.
A grand marble staircase leads up to an elegant portico. Enormous wooden double doors are flanked by intricate detail work in the building's facade.
The foyer of the manor appears to have been neglected for some time. There are cobwebs and a thick layer of dust covering most of the surfaces.
Directly across fromt he door is a grand staircase leading up to a second floor balcony. To the left and right of the staircase there are four doors (two per side) that the party has opened. Two lead to a hallway, one leads to an office, and the final leads to a living room. There's also a door under/behind the staircase on the ground floor.
The party has found that the grand staircase in the foyer seems to be cursed/enchanted with some sort of magic that prevents them from reaching the second floor. The party was also unsuccessful in using grappling hooks to reach the balcony directly.
A well-appointed living room with a turret-style wall jutting out of the front of the mansion is directly off of the foyer.
There's the skeletal remains of a dead aventuring party sitting on the sofas, etc.
The office off of the foyer is in disarray. Strange writings are scrawled all over the walls, desks, mirrors, and the papers that are scattered everywhere across the room.
There are two prominent symbols centered on the blacked-out mirror on the wall directly opposite of the door (see recap).
